Today, 19 of our employees have been with ISIC for more than 10 years, and 8 of them have been here for more than 20 years👏

That kind of experience is something you cannot replace. It brings a deep understanding of our products, our industry, our customers, and the way we work. It is a valuable foundation that strengthens the way we work today and helps shape where we go next.

At the same time, new colleagues at ISIC bring fresh ideas, different perspectives, and new competencies that challenge us to think differently, improve, and innovate 💡
