ISIC A/S has of August 27, 2021 acquired all shares in the companies AC Antennas A/S and Stramatt ApS (AC Antennas).

AC Antennas with Headquarter in Glostrup, Denmark, is market leader within antennas for use in primarily the maritime market. The company started in 1970 and has had a good development for many years. With a very strong brand built on quality excellence, flexibility and innovation the company joys high valuation by international OEM’s for the company’s long-term commitment to the maritime industry.

ISIC A/S founded in 1997 with Headquarter in Brabrand, Denmark, holds a leading position as supplier of marine approved hardware, Monitors, Panel PC’s and Computer systems. ISIC is by major OEMS seen as their preferred and long-term trusted partner.

For more than fifty years, AC Antennas has delivered antennas to the professional maritime industry. Today, the company is a global leader on the maritime market. The change of ownership will secure the future development of AC Antennas and support the continued growth of ISIC securing our customers access to the best in class products and services.
